This proposed 85,000 square foot Rutland Commons Commercial Center is highly visible. Located at the junction of Route 4/Route 7 in the Town of Rutland, the site posed a number of challenges for the design team including building location, storm water treatment, vehicular access, and view shed impacts. The project included a single multi-tenant retail building with 74,000 square feet, and two free-standing restaurants.
