Part of Castle Hill Resort & Spa, the Pointe is a new hotel-condominium expansion project that is part of the existing Clarion Hotel located adjacent to the resort compound. BMA provided building design and construction administration services as part of a design-build team which delivered the project from design to occupancy in twelve months. The twenty-six one bedroom suites each include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub, flat screen television and fireplace.
