This upscale resort was developed over a six year period in four consecutive phases and was designed to compliment the historic mansion that was built by Governor Allen Fletcher in 1905 and is now the flagship building on the property. BMA worked closely with a preservation consultant and the Vermont Department of Historic Preservation to thoughtfully restore and renovate an existing carriage barn on the property into a premier health spa. Adjacent to the spa is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, a glass solarium, and two outdoor tennis courts. The condominiums come in two unit types – a three bedroom townhouse and a two bedroom flat. Both unit types have lock-out suites that can be placed in the rental pool of the resort. The units are arranged as side-by-side duplexes and stacked four-plexes.
