BMA worked closely with the Client to design a major addition and renovations to this historic Federal Style farmhouse in Manchester Village. The addition included an oversized two-car garage, large mudroom with individual storage for each of the five family members, an office, and two bedrooms with private baths, laundry room and lots of storage. Several exterior porch and patio areas were also added to the
existing house. The entire existing house was carefully restored.
