A small upscale condominium project, Apple Cider Creek will be the first green residential development in Manchester. The twenty-three unit project will meet the Five Star Energy standards and will follow the design criteria for LEED Residential certification. The three bedrooms, two and half bath townhouse units will each include a single car garage, laundry room, fireplace, outdoor deck, and high quality kitchens and finishes. The two unit buildings have been designed in the cottage style with material palette of clapboard siding, shingles and stone. The project will be developed on a 13 acre site located in an established residential neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Manchester.
