BMA worked with the Sunrise HOA to expand their existing amenities building which serves over four hundred home owners at Killington Ski Resort. The proposed expansion includes a new heated lap pool and hot tub, renovated and expanded locker rooms, a new fitness center, renovated and expanded restaurant and a new winter sports equipment rental center. Our design also provided for a future expanded dining room for the restaurant. The estimated cost of the project is 1.5 million dollars.
