This project involves the adaptive re-use of an existing 110,000 SF historic school building located in downtown Bennington. The proposed assisted living facility will include eighty-five apartments, a formal dining hall with a full commercial kitchen, a library, plus a movie theater, small pub, hair salon, and numerous common areas. BMA provided site planning, landscape design, building design and permitting services for the coming constructed project. The estimated cost of this project is 13 million dollars.
