BMA has been working with Aspen Education, a national private education company, since 2002 on their Bromley Brook School facility located in Manchester. The school is a specialized boarding school for high school girls with a capacity of 150 students and a high staff to student ratio. BMA has provided full architectural, planning, and permitting services as well as construction management for a number of projects that have included bringing municipal water service to the site, a modern waste water management system, classroom renovations and site improvements. Recently, BMA developed a campus master plan for a full build-out of the facility which includes a new 27,000 SF multi-purpose building, additional dormitories and athletic facilities. The estimated cost of the campus build-out is 8.5 million dollars.
