Renovations to the former Catamount School for a private developer that will lease a portion of the 52,000 SF building to SVC for the expansion of their athletic program. The renovations will be focused on the existing gymnasium and reconfiguration of the first floor classrooms to provide expanded locker rooms, restrooms, training facilities and office space.
